Manila’s newest fashion’s haven, Mall of Korea (MoK), is officially celebrating its store soft opening, giving its potential market a glimpse of today’s Hottest Korean fashion trend.
Annyeonghaseyo! The doors flew open on July 14, just a day before the Pay-day Friday (extended until 1AM of the next day to accommodate shoppers). Mall of Korea is a unique Korean fashion retail shop, filling the void for Korean fashion that stays true to the growing trendy and chic lifestyle of Metro living.
Welcoming the community with open arms, MoK Director Jennifer Lee, was determined to have everything ready to go for boutique’s daylong retail celebration. “We are all thrilled to be opening store here in MetroWalk, providing a one-stop shopping destination that meets the wants and needs of our guests,” said Lee. “We pride ourselves for bringing you the AUTHENTIC Korean Shopping Experience. The store brings assortment of trends, inspiring head-to toe looks and in-store associates to help our fashion-focused customers find pieces of styles they love and introduce them to new brands they’ll love to discover.”
Located at the 2nd level of MetroWalk Complex, Meralco Ave., Ortigas Centre Pasig City, MoK is open from 11AM to 11PM daily. Guests will be welcomed into bright, clean store with wide aisles, large sized fitting rooms located toward the back of the store and sales associates to provide styling advice. Styled as a boutique, the new 500-square foot store offers a trend-right merch assortment –from stylish clothes, shoes, jewelry, accessories, bags and other fabulously interesting finds for men, women and kids. With all-ORIGINAL, BRANDED products at very CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY rates.
The person behind Mall of Korea brand is Korean designer Nina Lee, who’s into fashion industry since 1975. She opened her first branch in Myeongdong, Korea and now has more than 60 shops in Korea. Lee has been the director of Korea Business Association (1987-1992). Currently, the shopping haven MoK is also carrying the fashion lines such as Luisa Spagnoli and even Disney, while more are expected to arrive soon.
Following the anticipated success of the first two months of business, the new fashion retail hub is scheduled to kick off the -ber months with a bang. More edgy brands that are trendy and hip and the addition of Korean make up brands are assured to fill the racks and walls at this new Metrowalk boutique.
